What arrives, each morning

A short Pulse, built from one piece of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) tradition. Inside every email:

No rush. No noise. Just one small piece of the Sunnah at a time.

Thirty mornings from now

Imagine waking thirty mornings from now to the third sip of water on your lips and the dua already spoken. The seven dates on your plate before your hand reaches for your phone. Your grandchildren watching you whisper Bismillah before you eat — and one day, whispering it too.

A spoonful of honey in your tea on a quiet evening, because the Beloved (peace be upon him) loved it. A drizzle of olive oil over warm bread, the same oil pressed by hands a thousand years before yours. The small black seed on your warm bread in the morning, your hand returning to a tradition fourteen hundred years old.

Thirty small returns to a quieter way of living.
Thirty pieces of the Beloved (peace be upon him), settling back into your home.

From the team behind Sunnah Gardens

Sunnah Gardens is a small team of Muslims who love the Sunnah, the soil, the kitchen, and the slow craft of returning the way of the Beloved (peace be upon him) to the homes of believers.

We do not claim to be scholars. Every Pulse is researched against the Sahih collections — Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa'i, Ibn Majah, and Musnad Ahmad — and the classical works of Tibb an-Nabawi.

We just want to help you remember.

Questions, before you begin

Are the hadiths verified?

Yes. Every Pulse cites its Sahih collection — Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa'i, Ibn Majah, or Musnad Ahmad. We never use weak or fabricated hadith.

What if I don't have time?

Each Pulse takes two or three minutes to read. It is designed for busy mornings, between fajr and the first cup of tea.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. One click in any email cancels everything. No questions asked, no goodbye form, nothing.

Will my email be shared or sold?

Never. Your email is used only to send the Pulse and the occasional free letter from Sunnah Gardens. We do not share, sell, or transfer your email to anyone, for any reason.

What sect or madhhab does the Pulse follow?

Sunnah Gardens stays neutral between the Sunni schools of thought, drawing exclusively from universally-accepted Sahih collections. Apolitical and sectarian-neutral.

Is this medical advice?

No. The Pulse is devotional and educational only. For health concerns, please consult a qualified physician.
